1. Check before installation of low voltage switch cabinet: check whether the device is intact, random data and accessories are complete. Contact with the manufacturers immediately if there are problems.
2. Wiring 1) The low voltage switch cabinet should be installed under the transformer frame. 2) Installation should according to installation drawings, import line by cable or in connection with the pipe insulation transformer or low voltage overhead line conductors.

3. Check before power on. 1) Insure the low voltage switch cabinet body is dry and clean. 2) Check if the electrical components of the operating mechanism is smooth, should not be blocked or the operation force is too large. 3) If the main electrical components and auxiliary are reliable and accurate. 4) If the instrument transformer and the polarity is correct. 5) If the busbar connection is good, the insulation supporting member mounting and accessories are reliable. 6) Measure insulation resistance with 500 volt megger shall not be less than 5 ohm, remember to off electronic devices, coil device capacitor and current consumption before measurement.
