Oil-immersed transformers should pay special attention to their fire safety measures.
1. Oil consumption of more than 2500kg oil-immersed transformers and oil in the 600kg-2500kg between the oil-filled electrical equipment, the fire spacing should not be less than 5m.
2. When the adjacent two oil-immersed transformers between the fire spacing does not meet the requirements, should be set up fireproof wall or fire wall top plus fire water curtain. Single-phase oil-immersed transformers can only be set between the fire wall or fire water curtain.
3. When the distance between the external walls of the plant and the outer edge of the oil-immersed transformer is smaller than that specified in the specification table, the external wall shall be made of a firewall. The distance between the wall and the outer edge of the transformer shall not be less than 0.8m.
4, The plant wall from the outer edge of the oil-immersed transformer within 5m, the total thickness of the transformer plus 3m below the horizontal line and both sides of the outer edge of the range of 3m, should not open doors and windows and holes; Firewall doors and fixed windows, the fire resistance should not be less than 0.9h.
5. Oil-immersed transformers and other oil-filled electrical equipment When the amount of single oil is above 1000Kg, the oil storage pits and common oil sumps should be set and the transformers should be placed in pebbles for fire and unloading.
6. Oil-immersed transformers should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current regulations, set up fixed water spray and other fire extinguishing systems. Oil-immersed plant transformers should be installed in a separate room, the room door should be opened to the side of the B fire doors, and through the house or corridor, should not open to other rooms.
