Our production base locates in shuanglou industrial zone, Haian city, Jiangsu province which lay in north of beautiful and rich Yangtze River delta, east of the Yellow sea, south of Yangtze, and also close to Nantong, Yangzhou, Taizhou airports. Xinchang railway, Ningqi railway , G15 Shenhai highway and Qiyang highway intersect here. 204 and 308 national ways are passing through our factory. All of above prove that we have obvious regional advantages which are suitable for water , land and air transportation.
Our factory specializes in the manufacture of power transformer, rectifier transformer, Box-type transformer substation, wind power transformer and its complete sets of products. We occupiers an area of 26500m2, of which construction area is 13800m2; fixed investment is RMB 35,800,000 ; We have many main product equipments and full sets of inspection equipments ,such as vacuum drying system, automatic vacuum casting system , corrugated oil tank product line, slitting line, horizontal cutting line and automatic foil winding machine and son on. Our technology is strong , manufacture process is advanced, equipments are excellent and testing modes are complete. Meanwhile, we have a professional team that everyone has sense of responsibility, exploiting and innovating. We have advanced design concepts , we can grasp the pulse in the design filed of the transformer exactly and form unique thinking of special design, manufacturing and market development. We mainly manufacture the transformer with voltage at less than 35Kv which is energy-saving and eco-friendly(S11/S13)、on-load regulating transformer(S(F)Z11)、rectifier transformer(ZBS,ZSS) amorphous alloy transformer(SBH15)、dry type transformer(SCB,SGB)、combined transformer(ZGS US type)、YBM prefabricated substation(European type)、PV and wind power transformation and other series reactors. The capacity is less than 31500Kva and our products are in series and diversification, with features of good preference, novel structure, low loss, loss temperature rising, low noise, impact resistance, anti-short-circuit, of which can meet the demand if different clients.
We have built up diverse sales network and complete service system. Our products are widely used for urban and rural power grids, petrochemical ,metallurgy, iron and steel enterprises, mining and real estate and so on. Our distribution are all over China, mainly in East of China, partly in North, North east and middle west area. Some products have been exported to other countries and regions, such as Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia.
